Our design for this residential development consisted of three buildings comprising of a post-tensioned basement slab and five post-tensioned floors for each building.
Tramsheds is a highly considered heritage restoration project, salvaging and reinterpreting the iconic Tramway Depot to create a unique industrial style food precinct.
Emanuel School is an independent Jewish co-educational early learning, primary and secondary day school. This project won a 2016 excellence in construction award for private schools between $10-$15 million.
